The Difference Children's Camp
A Different Kind of Hero

August 2-6
Camp Windermere on Lake of the Ozarks
Grades 3-5 (completed)
Campers will learn from the life of David what it means to be a hero in four areas:
- Doing what's right
- Dealing with wrongs
- Being honest
- Caring about others
Campers will come home equipped to handle mistakes and offenses, face the challenge of being honest under pressure, take initiative to help others, and see things that need to be done...and doing them.
The most important activities at camp include daily worship, Bible study, and quiet time. Of course we'll also have group activities that are outdoors, indoors, wet, yucky, at night, olympic-style, inflated, up high, and lots of other ways. Free time activities include the pool, water sports, fishing, volleyball, canoeing, and the all important gift shop.
