We made it to Guatemala with all of our luggage. We are still traveling to Uspantan and stopped at Pollo Campero in Santa de Cruz for dinner. Everyone is well but tired of riding. I will try to email more news when I get a chance.

We made it to Uspantan last night around 10pm. We are working today until mid afternoon and then we will have church service. Everyone is doing well. Continue to pray for us.

Since we have had limited access to a computer, I thought I would send this e-mail out to everyone. We have now completed two day of work on our project. We have all of the concrete block work done and all of the re-bar work for the columns and bond beam placed and tied. Last night we had a good church service. Mitch and Amy did a great job in sharing their testimonies. Amy and Elizabeth are feeding us well. Everyone is making significant contributions to the team effort. Everyone is doing fine except we are a little tired and some of us older people are a little sore. Please continue to pray for us.

All,
We have had limited access to a computer still, so I thought I would send this out to everyone.
We have now completed our work. We got the column and beams poured on both sides and got the trusses up for the roof. We also got most of the perlins up, but we ran our of screws and could not get anymore today. The locals will have to finish the perlins and put the tin roof on. All in all, we got a lot of work done -- about what we expected.
Everyone on the team worked hard and made significant contributions to the team effort.
Amy and Elizabeth have fed us well.
Tonight, we have a church service. They typically have a Thursday evening church service, but I think this one is going to be special because our team is here.
We head out tomorrow -- tomorrow is our day to sightsee and shop. We will end up in Guatemala City tomorrow evening and spend the night in the Hotel Pan American. We will be picked up early Saturday morning and taken to the airport for our flight home.
Everyone is doing fine. A couple of the team have had stomach problems, but are better now. Everyone is worn out -- it is a good tired -- and thankful to God for using us to do his work in Guatemala this week.
Please continuer to pray for the team collectively and individually.

We left Uspantan and have stopped in Santa Cruz for breakfast at Pollo Campero. The team is tired but doing well. The construction went very well and the church men should be putting tin on the rafters today and tomorrow. We had a wonderful testimonial service last night with several Guatemalans and Americans sharing encouraging words. We are driving to the lake for some sight seeing and shopping. We are looking forward to being home soon.
