All,
Since you haven't had an update in a couple of days because we have not had access to the internet, I thought I would go ahead and send this e-mail out to everyone in addition to posting it to the bog.
Sunday, Monday and today were wonderful days of ministry. On Sunday, we were in Esgarei, on Tuesday in Kiptoim, and today we were in Athenai. We have had large crowds for the clinics and our evangelistic services. Our dentists have seen 207 patients, we have distributed 489 pairs of glasses, the Kenya side of our team has seen 1167 patients in the medical clinics; we have presented "True Love Waits" to 260 students in two schools, and we have already witnessed almost 700 decisions for Christ.
The distribution of flour, water, mosquito nets, and life straws has been very well received by the people and has gone very well.
In each of the villages, somewhere between 25 and 60 people have come forward stating they want to be a part on a new church start. Therefore, we are comfortable we that we have helped plant a church in each of the villages. People are already talking about places that the new churches can meet even this coming Sunday. One of our translators is going to stay over to meet with each of the new churches this Sunday.
Our evangelistic services have gone very well. We have seen large crowds and a lot of decisions in each of the villages. Sunday evening, Dave and Glenna shared their testimonies; Monday, Robert and Sue shared; and this evening, Greg and Cheryl shared. All of them have done an excellent job. Charles had preached with power and authority and Janet has done a good job of explaining the use of the mosquito nets and life straws each day.
Tomorrow is our last day of ministry already. We are going to Naiwet tomorrow and will be doing similar activities in that village as we have done in the villages we have already been in.
Please continue to pray for the team both collectively and individually. Everyone on the team has already made significant contributions to the team effort. Everyone is doing fine and is very upbeat about how God has blessed our ministry.

All,
Once again, we have not had access to the internet until now.
We are in the Nairobi airport -- we have checked in and cleared security and immigration for our 10:10 PM flight. We fly through Amsterdam and arrive in St. Louis at 1:30 PM tomorrow (Saturday) and will be back at the church around 2:30.
We had another really good day of ministry the last day (Wednesday) in Noiwet. We had a large number of people and a lot of decisions once again. We distributed 113 pairs of glasses, our dentists had 71 patients, the medical team saw 302 patients, we presented true love waits to 23 students, and witnessed 271 decisions. Mark and Rebecca did a great job in sharing their testimonies and Charles did another great job with the sermon. Janet once again did an excellent job in explaining the mosquito nets and life straws. The food distribution went well.
We had a good trip to the Masaai Mara game park. We saw four of the big 5 animals.
We had a long ride back to Nairobi today and are all looking forward to getting home. Everyone on the team is doing fine. Everyone was an excellent team member and made significant contribution to the overall team effort. Thank you for letting your relative/family member/friend go with us. This has been a very good trip!
Please continue to pray for us.
